Tiny Home Purchase Process
We’ll guide you every step of the tiny home buying process from start to finish
Step 1
ORDER
Determine what you would like to order, then speak with us directly or book a tour.
Obtain your price estimate by selecting your model, optional extras, delivery timeframe, location, and financing requirements.
We'll guide you through the process and assist you in finalising your order. If you require financing, we'll connect you with our finance broker.
You’ll receive an official quote for your build.
Once approved, secure your place in the build queue by paying a non-refundable $5,000 holding deposit. (This is subtracted from your final payment.)
Step 2
BUILD
Approve and sign contract no later than 6 weeks prior to build commencement (you will be supplied with contract price, inclusions, estimated construction start & completion dates & payment schedule).
Pay 40% of contract (deposit materials) no later than 4 weeks prior to build commencement
After the construction starts, subsequent payments are made in 30% increments, aligning approximately with the various stages of the build.
You will receive regular updates and photos of the progress throughout the construction. Additionally, once the build is complete, we can arrange a video call with you.
Step 3
DELIVER
The final 30% payment is due before the Tiny Home is dispatched from the workshop for delivery. Your original $5000 deposit is subtracted from this payment.
You will ensure that your site is properly prepared and ready for the delivery of your tiny house.
Our team will hand over to your newly completed tiny house and transport it to your property.
We’ll provide ongoing support and assistance if you ever require it!
