Get a detailed quote from your Sales Representative and review all your options. This is your chance to make any final upgrades or adjustments to ensure your Tiny Home perfectly suits your needs before moving forward.

Secure Your Build Slot

Review and sign the agreement, then place your $8,000 holding deposit to lock in an available build slot. This ensures your Tiny Home is reserved and ready to move into production.

How To Buy Your Tiny Home

We’ll guide you every step of the tiny home buying process from start to finish

1 | ORDER

  • You’ll receive an official quote for your build.

  • Once approved, secure your place in the build queue by paying a non-refundable $8,000 holding deposit. (This is subtracted from your final payment.)

2 | BUILD

  • Approve and sign contract no later than 4 weeks prior to build commencement (you will be supplied with contract price, inclusions, estimated construction start & completion dates & payment schedule).

  • Pay 40% of contract (deposit materials) no later than 4 weeks prior to build commencement.

  • After the construction starts, subsequent payments are made in 30% increments, aligning approximately with the various stages of the build. One at lockup stage and one upon completion.

  • You will receive regular updates and photos of the progress throughout the construction. Additionally, once the build is complete, we will provide a video walkthrough.

3 | DELIVER

  • The final 30% payment is due before the Tiny Home is dispatched from the workshop for delivery. Your original $8000 deposit is subtracted from this payment.

  • Ensure that your designated site is properly prepared and ready for the delivery of your tiny home.

  • Our team will transport your new Tiny Home and hand it over at your property.

  • We’ll provide ongoing support and assistance if you ever require it!

Build Slot Holding Deposit

Once payment has been made you’ll be able to select an available built slot of your choice. This deposit is non-refundable. The $8,000 holding deposit will then be deducted from the final 30% payment of your Tiny Home.
